We love to show people our bakery so they can see us at work making the World's best breads and sweet treats. Over the years, we've given tours to thousands of young (and a few not quite so young) people, and we enjoyed every one of them.

If your group wants to see the bread production process at our 83rd and Mission bakery, then we suggest scheduling your tour for about 9 to 9:30 in the morning, as that's when we're makin' the dough! A group size of 7-10 is best, so everyone can see and ask questions. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings are best for us because there's more time to concentrate on making your tour a great experience. If there's time, we might get the opportunity to try kneading bread, or sample some breadsticks still warm from the oven. If you have special requests, please let us know...we'll do our best to accommodate you!
